~anonoymous: I rented a movie and the case was empty. They wanted me to keep the charge and return the disk, then rerent it and use a promo code. I already went home and now did not have my movie. This is the second issue, since my first time renting the disks were dirty and sticky. I will NOT be trying to rent again.

GetHuman: And what about Redbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonoymous: For that I would say five out of five.

~anonoymous: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Redbox to know who you are.
