~ira: Reliant cannot seem to get my payment information correct for many many months. Reliant say it' banks fault or my information is incorrect. Bank says no request for payment from bank. I doo business with two other electricity companys in Houston and Hockley counties no problems with them and they have great services their customer care is really customer care not so Reliant an NRG mess

~ira: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Reliant Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ira: For that I would say three out of five.
