~MSikder: A rep named Cicilia was so rude and unprofessional to say the least. By the way, I was so irritated I also asked her unprofessionally how long have you been working with this company ? Then, another Rep named Doug came and he put me on hold from *:** Pm - *:** PM. I hung up called again. It so happened the call was picked up by Cicilia. As soon as I told my Loan No. she immediately hung up. Finally, I got hold of an excellent lady sorry did not record her name. She took care of my issue. Due to some technical reason she could not schedule my payment but the rest was taken care of. So, it seems Mr. Dennis G. Stowe has all these mixtures extremely bad apples and very good apple. In fact, I was about to start a massive electronic campaign against this and write this to Mr. Stowe, honorable President & CEO, an excellent executive with a very long superb track record.
