GetHuman-148875: I was quite upset on Friday, ****, since I am a long-time customer and already do have my wellness card. I passed up a lot of other stores on my trek from Long Beach back to the LA store on *th St.(I also use that pharmacy) in order to purchase a Verizon refill card*soda to get the * points I needed for my next award . The clerk asked the person in front of me if he had a wellness card (he had no idea what that was) & informed him if he did he could get * of the items he purchased for same price. Person declined to sign up. I came next & gave my items (clerk spoke to me) & began totalling me out & never asked me for my card. I started to give him information & he said he had already rung up the receipt!!! Needless to say I was angry. I won't go to him again.
