GetHuman-gumbypow: on my birthday mar th my mother and i took a trip to flagstaff az,we stayed night at the roadway inn,the room was great remodeled and everything, the gentleman behind the counter helped us out with how to get the heater to work, and got it to work with a little effort to get the heat to work,we left the room to go out to eat and when we got back to our room the thermostat did not work and it felt like over degrees in the room ,we had to put air condition in for hours to get it cool in there, i spoke to gentleman on checkout and told him the issue ,and he said there new and we need to check them out, in the mean time it was not a pleasant morning waking up Freezing *(
