~GrantB: Awful service! Rogers are simply a criminal organization who feel they can charge whatever they want and get away with it, sadly they do. *** months ago I received a mobile bill for $*** due to excess data charges, we accept that we went over on our free data allowance, however, they never made us aware that we had gone over and then proceeded to charge us at an extortionate rate. We grudgingly paid this bill and contacted Rogers cust service to see if there was a more suitable plan, the person I spoke to fixed us up with * new mobile plans, which were apparently more suitable to our usage. A month passes and we get our new bill...another $*** bill! Now I want to make it clear that during that month we did not change our usage, still used the phone as much as we did before, only this time they got us with the calls! **Here are some of Rogers amazing and competitive prices: ** cents per minute for a supposed "long distance" call (I was calling someone who was ** mins away from my house
