~Movaray: I had signed up previously for auto top up and surprised to find my time had expired and had lost accumulated minutes. Thanks to this info. I was able to talk to a rep. who explained that my auto set up had not gone through and set it up for me and restored my lost air time. Rogers customer service is good when you finally reach them.*Kudos to this web page!
