~Marvin: I've had to call every day for the last week as my issue is not getting resolved. I get a totally difrerent story from everyone! The departments DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO EACH OTHER. Every call is ** to an hour in length. Every day they are experiencing "higher than normal", Why don't the just say "we are experiencing normal call rates, your wait will be over ** min. and by the time we get to you your cell phone battery will be dead." Just frustrated out of my mind with their customer care(less).
