~mack: too many rules that change by the second. notification to rogers cannot be made when it comes to cancel service at the end of my contract, the **, **, and ** day rule make it impossible. the rule book accepts registered mail, new rule of today does not. what a bunch of lying crooks, organized crime at its best.
