~unclefungus: I am actually still waiting for a live operator as I write. I opted to go the chat route and my problem was resolved. If you ever order from Rosetta Stone be very cautious of their billing department. I was suppose to get * payments of $** but they took the full amount from my account instead. They did the same thing on a previous order.
