~Ironic: Satar , if that is her name was as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Everything was answered by "I am knowing what you are saying sir" and the remainder was in very poor English. A real emissary for a language course, I must say She insisted that I had to pay $**.** for tech assist via the phone as my purchase was two years and two weeks ago. This was, incodently,the first time I had ever called tech support .*Ridiculous
