~Sheeba: sales man was so rude absolutely no people skills his name is big nick and he is at ross sunnyvale. Manager is too weak no controll over salesman. I went to return a top that had a slight stain on it I didn't notice when I bought. They didn't refund the money saying I am lying at that had been worn. I went to target many times to return even without labels which I handed them seperately they never say a word and take it back.I am sorry to say there are lot of other discount stores. Ross is not the only one. Other stores alays say csutomer is always right and here at Ross they would call us lairs. I left that top in there store without taking any money and there were no efforts by the manager to solve the problems. Sunnyvale Ross is out of my list of stores now. You already have a lot of competition. I am so hurt I can tolerate the loss of $*.** but what about the hundreds I spent at the store because it was near to me but my self respect is more important and I will always go where I g
