GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/03/17?
GetHuman-wndaniel: I booked a code share ticket from Tampa to Amman. It was booked with American, but RJ has to "send" American the points for their portion of the flight. American said they can request them but the need both boarding passes and the receipt. I only have one of the boarding passes. I wanted to call RJ and see if they would "send" American the points. I have left them * voicemail and no one answers.
