GetHuman-432441: After listening to the options twice (there's no option to speak to a customer services advisor) I was put straight through to someone. I wanted to enquire as to whether a package I've not received is in the delivery office, but all he could do was ring the delivery office...and he couldn't get an answer! He said that they don't have anyone manning the phone at the office and suggested I call into the office (a ** mile round trip, so, no!)and all he could otherwise suggest was that I phone again in an hour or so! Not very impressive fair to say.

GetHuman: And what about Royal Mail's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-432441: For that I would say one out of five.
