~Queenbee40: Rang to get phone number of local office to speak to Manager who I had seen previously. Woman insisted I tell her what I wanted to speak to him about (my mail keeps getting delivered to another address). Said she would transfer me but cut me off. I called back only to be told by another woman they are not allowed to give out local office numbers. So now I have to take time off work to call in to the local office, which will be the third time I have been in for the same complaint! Total and utter waste of time!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Royal Mail. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Royal Mail problem?
