~Mr MCPO: Contrary to previous posts I was well pleased with the Customer Service response as well as the product that was ordered. Processing time was minimal and delivery stages were noted at each arrival and departure time and date along the route until delivered which was actually a day early and sooner than previously thought. The rug and pad were well packaged for protection. The rug is a quality rug and much less money than other suppliers. The pad is also quality and was packed individually in a box but shipped and delivered at the same time as the rug. I have no complaints with this company.
