~garvanza: Purchased area rug on-line, a week later via email Rugs direct stated that the rug was not in stock and the order was being cancelled, expect a credit with *-* days..* days later no credit, via a phone call rugs direct now stating they are barely cancelling order and I need to wait another *-* days...The worst transaction I have ever been connected with!
