~Anonymous: I was transferred * times and asked the same question each time. On last conversation i was told we didn't have an account and had not been billed. Rumpke cashed our check on ******* .** min wait on call back then message office was closed this was at **:** AM.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rumpke's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
