~jp: I was online waiting for the live chat window. It started with ** minutes. After over three hours I was still on hold (*nd in line). It said five minutes but I watched a whole episode of House of Cards and I was still in the same place. It looks like a dead end designed to try people's patience. Mine is worn out so I'm hanging up ... got better things to do

~jp: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ryanair's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jp: For that I would say three out of five.
