~PRINCE JAVIER: I just want to speak to a customer service representative then the recorded voice machine informed they are currently busy. I press a lot of options before I try to go to speak to customer service but I ended up waiting for nothing.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting STC. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a STC problem?
~PRINCE JAVIER: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PRINCE JAVIER: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about STC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PRINCE JAVIER: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other STC customers?
~PRINCE JAVIER: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for STC to know who you are.
