~onomatapoeia: It's clear that Stopzilla simply wants to keep you money and not provide true customer service. Most of the time was spent by the mindless repetition of the service agent, who clearly is in India.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting STOPzilla. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a STOPzilla problem?
~onomatapoeia: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~onomatapoeia: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about STOPzilla's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~onomatapoeia: For that I would say three out of five.
