~dporter: Mary, I do apologize that you had such a hard time getting through to us in ****. I can assure you that this is not our companies practice. Our customers are our number * priority. We have changed a lot of things here at STOPzilla and would like to accommodate you for this mishap. If you can contact us directly toll free at *.***.***.**** we will give you the newer updated version of STOPzilla with product tech support for * full year for free. Please ask to speak to Shae ext *** so I can personally apologies to you and I will have you all squared away in no time.
