GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's STOPzilla customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Lexi: Worse customer service ever. Loaded their software for which I paid $*** for a * year contract and within a month had numerous problems. Began working with them on the problems in August (signed up July **, ****) and was on for hours, literally. Within a day I was now getting the blue screen! From then until * days ago, January **, ****, they were on my computer everyday trying to fix the problem. Completely removed my Norton telling me I didn't need it. I promptly got a virus. Eventually, on the above date my computer completely crashed!! That they should replace my computer is certain but they refused to even refund my $***.**. Please do not sign up with this company.

~Lexi: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Lexi: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about STOPzilla's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Lexi: For that I would say five out of five.

~Lexi: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for STOPzilla to know who you are.
