~dumbfounded: Oh my goodness!! Please save yourself the stress and aggravation and avoid calling this company. I applied several times, faxed all my stuff and paid over $**.** in copy and faxing fees, and every time I call they say that my file is pending and that I have to send the information. I told them that I already did fax the information a couple times and even have the Fax Transmission sheets to prove, but they refuse to help. What an awful experience!!!!! Seriously!!!!!
