GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Safeco Insurance customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~kurai: Safeco agents are allowed to blatantly lie to customers. Our car was towed to a body shop *.* hrs away from our home without authorization. Took ** days from day of accident to find out where car was sent to and to receive a fabricated report from the property adjuster showing that another agent contacted us and received authorization. The agent blamed denied having anything to do with it, nor did we ever talk to him. After I disputed the report, the adjuster did not respond for ** days until I finally received an automated message saying that he transferred to a different position. Even after complaining to the president of Safeco Geri Walton, I received no apology or acknowledgement of the agent's dishonesty. Was not compensated for the delay in the claim. Also received a collection letter from the hospital because Safeco did not take care of the bill for * months. Every aspect of the claim was a total nightmare.

~kurai: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~kurai: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Safeco Insurance's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kurai: For that I would say five out of five.
