~brokentv: It has been a * month ordeal dealing with "customer support" to get our tv replaced. They have sent the tech to our house * times for the same problem and we get the run around everytime. Samsung asked for pictures and video of what the tv is doing. I have sent this e-mail twice now they want the tech to take more pictures. I don't think I would buy Samsung products again.
