~Andrea: NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG APPLIANCE! I bought a washing machine in Jan of ****. I have a RECEIPT with that date on it but they kept saying it was dec of ****. Whatever. So I bought a brand new samsung washign machine from Lowes. This POS broke * times in ** months! the water pump fell off completely and flooded my floor! They had to come * more times after that to reattach it (after they had replaced it) because it kept falling down and not draining the water. Because i was ONE MONTH out of the manufacturer warranty they said i could pay them ***.** to extend my warranty fro another year....Really? After breaking * times you cant just refund or give me a new washing machine? So I would pay them another $***.** just to have to have this POS fixed another * times before I have to start the cycle of extending my warranty again? You're better off avoiding samsung all together.

~Andrea: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Andrea: For that I would say two out of five.

~Andrea: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
