~Sad Samsung owner: Tried Samsung's live chat and was hoping for a more human approach and speediness. My Samsung SGH-A*** Evergreen replacement(and the original one I bought)are garbage. Both have the same issues of re-booting or shutting off completely and so far, nobody has a clue how to fix it, but that it IS a software glitch. This has been ongoing for over a year now. Love the phone.. when it works.

~Sad Samsung owner: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
