~Kamal Panda UAE: These Korean Company now under the impression that they have grown and no need to bother for customers anymore. But in this competitive world situation change and no one will care when they downfall for their attitude. I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of Samsung S* Mobile I bought in the Month of May ****. on **th Sept the phone went to safe mode. service center replaced * major parts including the mother board. On *nd Oct **** the phone screen become cark while I was using it. I took it to their service center . now they told me the LCD screen is caracked and I should pay nearly USD****- for repair. I explained to them and asked them to check the mobile in details. even writing president make no better. As per the Samsung management even if the damage to lcd due to job done still the customer need to pay for repair. Also they blame that the screen is damaged by me. not expected this response from a company management.

~Kamal Panda UAE: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Kamal Panda UAE: For that I would say three out of five.

~Kamal Panda UAE: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
