GetHuman-19848: Waste of time contacting Samsung, bought my sone a tablet Nov **** I have since had to send it in for repairs * times and it is only Sept **th **** (so less than a year) then when I asked them to send a new charger as it was not working (and still under warranty)I was asked to send proof of purchase, even though I sent this the first time it was sent for repair, I asked to speak to the manager and kept being put on hold and told that customer service was busy - I ddi not ask for customer service I asked for teh manager? anyway a pointless ** mins of my life wasted as nothing got resolved!
