GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman40146: I have been trying to get this taken care of for almost a month. The phone blew up no one hurt we sent it back to you and we were told a one time replacement phone was going to be sent out. Now almost a month later and about ** phone calls and still nothing happening. If you aren't going to replace the phone just et me know but I will never buy another samsung product again if this company can't stand behind there products. Like I said we were told on the **th that a one time replacement would be sent out. Ticket *********** but was originally ***********, from what I understand the phone is now in liability dept. I would take any help you can give me.

GetHuman40146: For that I would say three out of five.
