GetHuman-initina: I bought Samsung galaxy s* on the bill pay ,* months ago. i had no problems with the phone until yesterday. I went sleep and left my phone to charging ,after **min I woke up because I felt that cannot breathe ,the room was full of smoke, I thought that the house is burning , I looked around and saw my phone ,it exploaded ,is that normal ? how,can ye even sell the phones like that ? I have a pictures of my phone now ,thanks God,i woke up on time because my house could get burned down ,and what if I kept my phone in the bed beside me ?I went to the vodafone shop and the phone will get replaced but I m afraid to use it again. I will write an report somewhere farder or talk with solicitors ang get that problem solved...
