GetHuman-40422: I was promised at the airport (ORD) that I would receive my lost luggage (* bag) the next day, July **, ****. It had been located in Copenhagen where I changed planes to Chicago from Vilnius. Today, the **th, Customer Care informed me that it was being prepared for delivery to the USA. Why it had not gone out the day before, the service person did not know. I M not happy because I had to dig up the telephone numer to Customer Service to get that much information. I can only hope that this is not a runaround.
