GetHuman-221847: After telling me the replacement part for my $*** frig was going to cost $*** * labor, I said I didn't want anything done. The service person asked for me credit card as there was a charge for his service call. When the appointment was set there was no mention of any charges, none. So I refused to give the service person further information. He came towards me in a threatening manor. I felt like he might assault me. This happened some time ago and since then I've not done business with Sears.
