GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/03/17?
GetHuman24770: back in february, ****, we purchased a washer and a dryer from sears. the guys who came to install the units did NOT install the dryer properly and we kept smelling gas. we called sears and they sent a guy out who knows nothing. then, we called pg&e and the guy smelled the gas and disconnected the dryer, issuing us a hazard notice. he said he didn't have the part with him so did nothing. we made an appointment to have sears come out today, nearly ** days later (still no dryer) and they all seem completely confused and incompetent. what to do?
