~howdarkishine: I think they should call it customer disservice. I have a repair contract, and emergency with one of their appliances and I got hung up on twice, was given * different service dates the latest of which was the only one they could keep and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is rediculous - they have cancelled on me many times before for emergency situations but I guess I don't count as a valued customer. SO FROM NOW ON - I am finished with sears and can't wait for them to call me again about renewing my contract for abuse!
