~Linda in Ramona: I was on hold for * mins then I saw you could chat with them on the internet - that was grayed out - apparently chat is not working. But then I saw that I could enter my phone number so they could call me back. I entered my phone number and clicked the button on the website named "call". Guess what, it wan't a call-me-back it was Sears. It was the same number I was already on hold for. Merry go round service.
