~howdarkishine: this was when I was waiting for an emergency appointment and a supervisor. The so-called customer service rep lied and told me he set me up with an appointment for the *th of july (which by the way is STILL to far away for an emergency) and then hung up on me when he said he was transferring me to a supervisor. I mean really - does sears just pick random people up off the street, say be customer service but cause as many problems as possible for the day and then we'll pay you and find another idiot who has no idea what they are doing tomorrow?!
