GetHuman-99878: after telling tech. i did not want to set an appt. for service to come out, she started to set up for a service tech to come out. i wanted an answer as to what to do with the stains on my clothes i got from the black rubber gasket that was breaking down on my washing machine. *she had no answer, couldn't forward my call, couldn't give another number nor an email nor an address for complaints. Useless.
