GetHuman-109593: Called TWO times to reschedule a delivery day set FOR me by Sears Round Rock, TX that did not work for me.**After thinking I was set with a change to the following week, I STILL got a robo-call confirming a * hour window on the day I changed FROM.**I hit '*' to get a rep and that rep AGAIN changed the delivery date to the following week.**When we returned home Saturday there were * messages, one from the delivery driver, saying he was "here with your washer", and anotehr that had a timestamp of about * minutes later from the Sears delivery customer service line saying "the driver is there but no one is home".**This would almost be funny if this was not a delivery that took * weeks to happen to replace a problem washer delivered weeks ago.**This washer is a FREE replacement due to having a maintenance plan, but in terms of problems, getting the replacement has NOT been worth the trouble.**For the most part, Sears has incpabale, careless, and unempowered automatons doing service.**I do n
