GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jazzreader: After entering *, the robo came back stating I MUST enter a selection. I chose Current Repair Appointment, which is what I was calling about. I pressed * and after * rings the call was picked up by Ernesto, who, after taking all my information, was able to look up the status of our missing repairman. They said he was held up and should be there within an hour. Of course this means we have taken time off work at *pm to be there for the *-*pm window, and now will have to change plans to be here at * - but at least I found something out!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jazzreader: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jazzreader: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~jazzreader: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
