GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~annonymous: After the service tech not showing up in the * hour alloted time and no phone call I received only cold "I am sorry" from the customer service rep. I was disconnected as they tried to contact dispatch and I would think she would have called me back having asked me my phone number to look up my account. She did not. After a second rep and the same monotone "I'm sorry" I was only given the option of rescheduling as if that was going to help my inconvenience of having to leave work for * hours. The store customer service is good, this is unacceptable and I"m stuck having to take another * hours off to wait for them to maybe come to my home.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?
~annonymous: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~annonymous: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~annonymous: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~annonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~annonymous taken from his Sears customer service problem that occurred on October 30th, 2017.
