GetHuman-261813: Every person I talked with gave the same answer.wenare sorry we try our best. Thats not good enough for people who have a large family's and working,and who need their washers working not have to wait weeks on end to fix. Then when you wait weeks the washer still dose not work. **Sears has very bad service repair and getting worst.*I will never buy anything from sears again.
