~adams1st: Finally reached a call center INSIDE the USA. Hang up if you hear an accent, all they know how to do is repeat, place on hold and tell you they can't help you but will schedule a call with someone who can. Called to inquire about a refund owed to us after a scheduled maintenance ordered one part too many... HOLY COW, amazing how quick Sears is to take you money but when it comes to getting a refund, they will bounce your call to the moon and back before you get an answer or a refund. This number however, although it did go to a US representative was still unable to help. Referred us to yet ANOTHER *** number... Here we go again. NEVER using or buying SEARS again..

~adams1st: For that I would say one out of five.

~adams1st: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
