~Anonymous: My air conditioner broke down July *, just before the BIG HEAT WAVE, and * day before the end of my extended warranty! I had a nightmare of wrong part sent, mis-communication with Repair Serv until in desperation I called this number. Got a WONDERFUL lady named Suzanne who took pity on me, made some calls, and we got disconnected! WAAAH! I called back and got a man named Lamar* he picked up the customer service baton and actually got a service call for me TODAY (this was yesterday!). I'm waiting for the tech (they just called to confirm), but if Suzanne and Lamar hadn't helped me, I'd be waiting for service for ANOTHER WEEK. I can't say enough how these two helped me in a real time of service need!! Bravo!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
