~Barbara Sullivan: On April **th we went into the store * ladies sitting and talking no hello. Went to tools and no one there.Later we found a girl and when ask about a tool she had no idea what it was. She called for help and one of the ladies sitting down had to get up and gripped about it. We went to Lowes and found what we needed all because they help.My husband has always bought from Sears but will not go back unless you get people who know the product. Men need to be it the tool and auto department and know about the products and where to find them.I feel that's why you store is not doing well.

~Barbara Sullivan: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Barbara Sullivan: For that I would say one out of five.
