GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~pissed off!!!!: The first person told me I would need to make an appointment with a field representative(to tell me how to take a battery out! LOL) I held for about ** or ** minutes for a tech support guy and all he did was give me a phone number to call. All I got was a recording that no representative was available for chat and then the line went dead! It reminded me of the old comedy routine of "Who's on First"! I guess the joke was on me for buying such a poorly engineered riding mower. There was no mention whatsoever anywhere in the owner's manual on how to remove the battery. But then if I had designed that mower, I wouldn't have wanted to tell anyone that you had to take it half apart to change the **** battery!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears problem?
~pissed off!!!!: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pissed off!!!!: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pissed off!!!!: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~pissed off!!!!: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~pissed off!!!! taken from his Sears customer service problem that occurred on November 14th, 2017.
