GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JP: Tried to return a product sold through sears.com by a marketplace provider. I understand what this means. Product didn't fit. Needed to return. Went to provided return link. Said it was to be covered under the Sears.Com return policy, which said I could return it to any full line Sears store. Store manager acted like he was doing me a personal favor at a loss to the store to take the item back, then didn't want to refund shipping! No satisfaction yet. Still trying to go through Sears. Com for resolution, but it's the weekend and I can't get support.

~JP: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JP: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JP: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears customers?
~JP: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears to know who you are.
