GetHuman-106615: had problem with craftsman power washer used it once worked fine since then brought in so far two times for repair .repair service is a two week wait and is the worse i have ever encounter. in runs for a half hour and stops they told me replaced carberater still does not work they told me they ran it for half an hou and it was fine guess what you need to run it with the water attached and use the power washer .it will rn with only motor but not when you use with nozzle on and water running dont even call *** numbe they tell remain on line for assitence lets see iam waiting while on line so far**.minutes oh igot an answer young mn very nice but it was not very informative cant blame him iwill never buy another searsproduct oh bought a washer and dryer over two thousand dollars and also no good even repair man told me they are apiece of junk salesman at frederick store does not know how to explain power washer just wants to sell something what a shame on sears
