GetHuman-207525: ********* I dialed the number on the insurance card, and answered all questions to automated response system which transferred me to CSR Amy. Amy asked me all questions again and transferred me to another automated response system. I answered all questions to automated response system again which transferred me to CSR Orland. Orlando asked me all questions again and transferred me to CSR Tumeila (sp). Very frustrated at that point I explained what I went through asked to speak to speak to a manager. I got connected to Steve who then couldn't find my claim that I mailed on ********** at all. He gave me another billing address (I got new billing *nd time). I got * of my claims lost and not answered.

GetHuman-207525: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman-207525: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Secure Horizons's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-207525: For that I would say four out of five.
